Network Support Group (NSG) is a team of dedicated individuals with the priority of consistently providing first-class customer support and services to all QuestNet Malaysia Independent Representatives and customers. The NSG is tasked with the crucial responsibility of ensuring the QuestNet Malaysia network runs as smoothly as possible and is able to assist wherever and whenever necessary. Today, in an effort to defy time and language borders, NSG has introduced a technologically advanced 24/7 NSG Multilingual Contact Centre, which is available worldwide in ten languages – English, Arabic, Farsi, Russian, Turkish, Hindi, Tamil, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Melayu, with more to be added.
